Buy watches at Duci Watches 

Can I have a look at the watch on site?

A viewing of the watch is only possible by telephone appointment. However, this is limited to watches that are currently in stock.

 

Do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit is only necessary if we have to order a watch for you.

What if I don't like the watch?

In order to offer you complete security when purchasing, we grant you
a 14-day right of return. If you are not satisfied with your watch
, you can return it free of charge. We ask you to send us
your decision by e-mail. We will then send you
a label for the free and insured
return shipment.

 

Please note that we can only take back the watch in its original condition. Watches may only be tried on, but not worn.

 

Who bears the cost of returning a watch?

In the event of a withdrawal, we will bear the direct costs for the insured return shipment. 

What happens if the parcel is lost?

The parcel is fully insured by UPS shipping. This means that you will not incur any costs if the parcel is lost.
