Fully insured shipping
Whether you offer us your watch for sale or buy a watch from us - safe shipping is guaranteed. Thanks to close partnerships with well-known shipping companies and service providers, we can ship your watch within Germany and the EU fully insured up to the value of the goods. We also offer full insurance for worldwide shipping values up to €100,000. The exact shipping costs depend on the distance and value of the package. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply for deliveries to non-EU countries. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about customs duties and export declarations.
Delivery times & shipping costs
The delivery time within Germany is usually 2-3 working days via UPS Express or DHL. Within the European Union, you will receive your watch within 1-4 working days via UPS Express or FedEx. We also ship worldwide with FedEx and the delivery time is 2-5 working days. Please note that we have no influence on the duration of customs clearance and import duties may apply.
The shipping costs are:
- Within Germany: 3.99 € for products up to 50 € value, 15 € for watches from 50.01 to 1,000 € value, 3 5 € for watches from 1,000.01 to 5,000 € value, 65 € for watches from 5,000.01 to 10,000 € value, 150 € for watches valued at 10,000.01 € or more
- Within the European Union: €6.99 for watches up to € 50 in value, € 2.5 for watches from € 50.01 to €1,000 in value, € 7.5 for watches from €1,000.01 to €5,000 in value, €100 for watches from €5,000.01 to €10,000 in value, €200 for watches from €10,000.01 in value
- Worldwide: €250 (insured up to a value of €100,000)
